Third Bird is a network of students. Our aim is to make it easier for you to get involved and stay involved with your community, on campus and off. A social network shouldn’t be a place where you maintain connections, it should be a place where you make them. This philosophy is the cornerstone of our project. But building a place where you can meet people from your community is not our only goal. Third Bird is a network where your social life and your professional life can interact seamlessly and safely, with three profiles in one you can say what you please in what ever way you feel comfortable. Rant and ramble incognito, be a source of change with your avatar, or speak as yourself it’s up to you. We believe that this will make it easier for you to manage the many facets of your life and give you a voice in your community.
In addition we are bringing you the Flock. The Flock is a medium designed to empower the student economy. You can earn cash while using our site in a number of different ways from completing small tasks to promoting your events, selling you ideas, products, or furniture to tutoring your peers, or generating content.
